Safety Air Cushion Fall Arrest System and Airbag Fall Protection Systems

This airbag safety system can be used for all roof work, or any place where there maybe a risk of falling or collision resulting in possible injury.
Whatever its nature or extent a safe place of work should be provided. The fall arrest system will not prevent falls but reduces injury if a fall occurs. It is one of the most effective fall protection systems available.
Falls are the largest cause of accidental death in the construction industry, and account for 50% of all fatalities. We can offer this system to remove the risk and ensure that as an employer you comply with current legislation.
This particular system comprises a series of interlinked airbag cushions connected with hoses as indicated in the schematic. As the individual cushions fill with low pressure air they expand together to join and form a continuous protective safety surface.
The modules are manufactured in a range of standard sizes which, with simple planning, allows configuration for any house design or large commercial or industrial project. The cushions are made using flame retardant material.
The installation and removal of the fall arrest system by our trained operators can be accommodated within the production programme without any delay or disruption to the planned sequence of work.
The modules are connected by push connectors and/or flexible coupling and inflated by a pump which can be either electric or petrol powered.
The system is designed to allow controlled air dispersion to ensure constant working of the inflation pump and to avoid over-pressurisation, which could otherwise apply unnecessary pressure to newly formed masonry.
Air cushion safety systems can be installed in either timber frame or traditional construction.
